The foundation of our creative partnerships.

By booking a production with CRE Films, you agree to our standard operating procedures designed to ensure a seamless shoot. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your shoot dates and initiate pre-production logistics (such as FAA drone authorizations, permit pulling, and crew scheduling). The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the final watermarked drafts, prior to the release of high-resolution, unwatermarked master files. All provided quotes and project estimates are valid for 30 days. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the property is physically prepped, cleaned, and accessible to our crew at the scheduled call time.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the final delivered media (videos, photographs, and digital assets) for any commercial, internal, or public marketing purpose. CRE Films retains the underlying copyright to all raw, unedited footage, project files, and B-roll unless a full copyright buyout is negotiated separately in writing. CRE Films reserves the right to use the final, produced videos—once the property has been publicly listed or the marketing campaign has launched—in our own agency portfolio, website, demo reels, and promotional materials to showcase our capabilities.
Our standard cinematic production packages include up to three (3) comprehensive rounds of revisions. We utilize collaborative review platforms like Frame.io to allow your team to leave time-coded, specific feedback directly on the video timeline. We highly recommend consolidating feedback from all stakeholders (brokers, developers, marketing teams) into a single list per revision round to maintain project momentum. Additional revision rounds beyond the included three will be billed at our standard hourly post-production rate. Clients must submit revision requests within 14 business days of receiving a draft; failure to do so may result in the project being marked as finalized and the final balance invoiced.
CRE Films prioritizes the safety of our crew, your property, and the public. Our FAA Part 107 certified drone pilots hold final, indisputable authority on whether an aerial flight can be conducted safely based on real-time weather conditions, active airspace restrictions, or immediate site hazards. If a shoot must be aborted or postponed due to inclement weather (rain, high winds, poor visibility) or unforeseen safety hazards, we will reschedule the exterior portions of the shoot at no additional cost to the client. However, if a shoot must be canceled or significantly delayed due to the property being unprepared or inaccessible by the client's fault upon our crew's arrival, a rescheduling fee may apply.
These terms are designed to facilitate a transparent, professional partnership. If you require custom vendor agreements, NDAs, or have any questions regarding these standard terms, please reach out to our legal department prior to booking at [email protected].
